I felt terrible about Shaye's skin this weekend after trying the ridiculous bleach bath advice. I picked up a boat load of new products people had been telling me about. I tried 2 of the 3 creams and they were okay, but I was feeling desperate to see a difference now. Yesterday I headed over to Earthfare to pick up some goodies from the butcher, and found this little tub of cream in the baby section. I thought I had tried everything they had to offer. The tub said Mommie Dots, ReNewed BeBe Vegan Butter Balm, for Eczema and Severe Dry Skin.

I looked at the ingredients- soywax, cocoa butter, coconut oil, avocado oil, rice bran oil, soy butter, chamomile butter, lavender butter, and vitamin E. The other 2 creams I tried this weekend were petroleum based, so I thought I'd give this a shot too. I came home and put it on the baby. WOW. I put it on again before we went out for the day today (in the sun, heat, sweating...) and again after her nap.
