in being Eco-Friendly in the process. Our packaging is recyclable
and made with recycled materials whenever possible. We use
nature's finest ingredients, including natural & organic
butters and oils,and no artificial preservatives or petroleum-based
ingredients.

begin the approval process for setting up a new account in
the U.S., please send us the following information:
* A completed New
Account Request Application
* Signed copy of the Uniform
Sales & Use Tax Certificate
(Note, retailers in the following states will also need to
submit a completed and signed state-specific certificate:
IN, LA, MA, MS, NY, VA, WV and WY.)
* Signed copy of Augisa & Co. Policy Page
* Minimum initial order of $250 paid with Money Order, Check
or Credit Card (Visa, Master Card or American Express).
Once
we receive all these materials, we will begin the approval
process. Please note that this submission of information is
not a confirmation that your account has been approved. We
will notify you when your account has been approved. Please
allow up to two weeks for our review process.
